I guess I shouldn't be surprised by Hatem and his stance, but I really am. He is the embodiment of everything that is wrong with this process. I hope that people are ready to over-rule the moderator. But given all the angst that will be in the room, good luck with that. This should be an interesting meeting. Dee Trybig and Kally Abrams are going to deliberately circumvent the budget process and the will of the SB to increase spending.
