Yes. Why don’t they?
Everyone including paid town/school officials paint the picture that will best describe where they stand or their personal slant on the various issues. Is it right, no.
That is why I never believe a government official on any subject becasue you do not know whether the sky is falling or not by the pictures that they paint!! Same holds true for the news media in general.
