Come out and Meet the Candidates Night

Candidates for Bow Selectmen, Budget Committee & School will be allowed to give a 5 minute presentation and 2 minutes for questions.

  • 04/16/2008: Bow Budget Hikes Taxes - Bow Times
    Bow Residents Get Hit Hard With a $1000 Plus Tax Hike if Budget Passes.

Voting takes place Tuesday, May 13, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Bow Community Center.
Town Meeting is Wednesday, May 14, at 7:00 PM, at Bow High School.

Mail it in an envelope. Or just fold in the bottom to the inside, staple the top
a couple of times and remember to add a stamp.

Candidates are as follows...

  • Board of Selectmen - One seat for a three-year term: Incumbent Harry Judd is running against challenger Robert Louf.

  • Budget Committee - Two seats: George Lagos, Steven McManis, Peter Cheney and Brad Hutton.

  • School Board - Two seats for three-year terms: Anne Baier and Deb McCann both filed for re-election and are running against Van Mosher, Marc Brunelle and Jack Finan.

  • Trustee of the Trust Funds - Three-year term: Henry Uchida and John Caron.

  • Library Trustee - Five-year term: Lisa Richards and Thomas Ives.

  • Library Trustee - Four-year term: John King is running unopposed.

  • Town Moderator: Peter Imse is running unopposed.

  • School Moderator - Three-year term: Jim Hatem is running unopposed.

  • Supervisor of the Checklist - Six-year term: Sara Swenson is running unopposed.

  • Supervisor of the Checklist - Four-year term: Deborah deMoulpied is running unopposed.

  • No residents filed to run for three-year terms as School Treasurer and School Clerk.
